WHEREAS,
we respect freedom of speech for all of our local
citizens, and
WHEREAS, understand
it is a privilege which men and women of our Nation have
fought and died for, and
WHEREAS, we
do not judge one for exercising his or her freedom of speech.
NOW THEREFORE, we recognize one of our local citizens, Mr. Leonso Canales, for standing steadfast on his positive
concept of heaveno and support him and anyone else who wishes to exercise their freedom of speech.
